Our primary role is to ensure that ECU secures attractive returns in the long term from the commercialisation of its valuable research outcomes and intellectual property. The commercialisation income can in turn be invested into further Research and Development. We work in partnership with academia, business and investors to promote the translation of research innovations into new products through advice and support for early-stage research and development. We provide a portfolio of new technologies created through university research for licensing or collaborative development.
